Travis S Middleton Jr.
In 1989, Travis S. Middleton, Jr. founded TradeMark Insurance Agency, naming it after his own initials “TM.” With a focus on group health insurance and a commitment to personal service, he built the agency into a trusted partner for businesses and individuals seeking reliable coverage and guidance.
Travis passed away in 2024, but the foundation he created remains strong. His wife and family continue to lead TradeMark Insurance Agency with the same dedication, values, and client-first approach that defined his career. Clients can be confident that the agency he established continues to thrive, honoring his legacy while providing the stability and service they have always relied on.
Owner & CEO
Jo Middleton, CSA, LPRT, RSSA
Jo Middleton is the owner and managing principal of TradeMark Insurance Agency. Since 2003, Jo worked alongside her late husband and founder, Travis Middleton Jr., helping to build and lead the agency. Following his passing in 2024, Jo became the sole owner and continues to guide TradeMark with a strong commitment to client service and employee development. She oversees the daily operations of the agency and provides direct supervision and support to her team.
As a Certified Senior Advisor, Jo built and trained TradeMark’s Medicare department, which has become well known for its expertise in helping Medicare-eligible individuals understand their coverage and select plans tailored to their unique needs. A respected leader in the Medicare industry, Jo frequently speaks to groups on Medicare education, has advocated on Capitol Hill for healthcare reform, and remains actively engaged in shaping the future of senior healthcare.
In addition to her Medicare expertise, Jo is a Registered Social Security Analyst. She advises individuals on Social Security claiming strategies to help them maximize their benefits and make informed financial decisions for retirement.
